MUSIC FESTIVAL VIBES

Our Idea

The Gravity Bike Festival is a multi-day bike festival that takes place in the beautiful Schlaubetal.

The festival will be a great mixture of a bike riding get-together and the elements of a typical music festival. This includes listening to music, getting together for a night out, riding in some multi-surface racing, taking part on bike-related workshops or yoga & meditation sessions and interacting with the great cycling community. Drop out of Reality and into “Gravity”!

Program

GRAVEL SERIES PREMIERE RACE

The Orbit360 Gravel Series was the answer of many cancellations of other ultra-endurance races in 2020. We created a new race format that allows all participants to join the Orbit360 community by choosing an indiviual time and start location.

At the Gravity Bike Festival, we will have our first live premier on-site Orbit. Get your bike ready to ride with your fellow riders.

Start: Saturday, 4th June 2022 at Klingemühle

The collected points will count towards the official Orbit360 Gravel Series ranking. All participants of both Gravity Bike Festival and Gravel Series will get free Orbit360 coins worth 20 EUR at the Gravity Bike Festival entrance.

Festival

The entrance opens on Friday, 26.05.2023, 4pm.

There will be enough food. There will be various offers for vegetarian and vegan food and drinks.

Showers and toilets are available on the festival as well as on the campsite. Everyone wants to go to a clean toilet or get into a clean shower, so we ask you to leave them as you would like to find them.
Nature is not a toilet, so please use our toilets.

…are always welcome. Just write to us at gravity@orbit360.cc.

Send us an email to gravity@orbit360.cc and tell us something about you.

You can pay with the galactic Orbit360 coins. These can be exchanged for cash at the entrance or at the designated locations.

Sure, you can exchange the Orbit360 coins for cash at any time at the Orbit360 HQ.

Take your swimwear with you and treat yourself. Swimming is at your own risk.
Please do not use the lake as a toilet or washing area.

No, this is simply not the idea behind the Gravel Series. Chose a partner (in crime) and tackle the Orbits together!

There will be a central contact point for Lost and Founds at the festival.
You have lost something? Please contact us after the festival at this email address: gravity@orbit360.cc

TICKETS

You need a car pass if you want to enter the designated car camping area with a car, a camper or a car in combination with a caravan. A car pass is only valid in connection with a festival ticket. One pass is sufficient per vehicle.

The ticket in the confirmation mail you receive after payment is also your entrance ticket for the festival. Show us the printed ticket or the mail on your smartphone at the entrance and get your festival wristband.

Yes, at the entrance your valid ticket will be exchanged for a Gravity Bike Festival wristband. This wristband is not transferable. Please respect that you are not allowed to enter the festival area without a ticket. If your wristband is damaged, please contact the admission desk.

There is a cancellation period of 14 days. After that, paid orders can no longer be canceled.

Yes, you can change the name at least 14 days before the event, for a fee of 7 €. Please contact us on gravity@orbit360.cc to get your name changed.

CAMPING

This year we will have the campsite on the festival location. We also offer apartments, which are located directly on the festival site. Attention: first come first serve.

You get access to the campsite with your valid festival ticket. Please note the ban on glass!

Please take care to keep the campsite clean and treat nature with care and prudence. Cigarette are also trash, do not look nice in the landscape at all, and also pose a forest fire hazard. Please use pocket ashtrays or the nearest garbage can!

The campsite is a place of retreat where you can breathe and rest. Be nice to your tent neighbors and leave your sound systems at home! If you want to party, you are always welcome at the floor.

Open fires (e.g. a campfire) and barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the camping area due to the increased risk of forest fires. On the festival area, however, it is.

BIKES

It’s a cycling festival. So yes, please bring your own bike. There are many activities where you don’t need a bike. However, for participation on the Gravity Circuit, we recommend riding your own bike.

Yes, we have set up a space station where you can safely lock your gravel rockets.

Obviously, a gravel bike with 40 – 45 mm tyres would be your best friend. If you have a mountain bike it will work as well. It’s you riding the route, not the bike.

Yes, our partner will provide a couple of test bikes. Just speak to them at their (space) station.
